I have a good investment property coming up for sale as well. Great for an investor rental. It is on the North Side...

4616 Nelmar Place.. I had it ready to flip, but went ahead and did it myself...

It should be done in 2 weeks. It is a 3/1 concrete block home with enclosed porch and huge deck. It has a carport, central heat and air, upgraded electrical, remodeled bath and kitchen and refinished wood floors, and new roof... Haven't had it appraised yet, but I can tell you that homes in that neighborhood are selling for $105K easily(without central heat and air). I think it will appraise higher, but I go on sold comps anyways.

The area is nice and convienent to Publix, Schools, and Theaters. Let me know if you are interested.

I would let it go for $90K CASH... I have 3 interested parties at $99K(which is still below Market Value) all ready... but they have to get financing... so whoever can get it done first can have it.

Well, you sure got Jaxreia to act.....Fast ...by re-instating a Jaxreia Yahoo group which according to Joe Locklear was "not an option". I wonder what games were being played.
Frankly I think Jaxreia has been less than forthcoming with its members and certainly not straight forward for undertaking such a drastic action affecting the livelihood of its membership and disregarding the opinion of 450 of its members on such an important matter. I believe this calls for a change in management at Jaxreia so that such actions affecting the membership never happen again without a membership majority vote.

For the time being I will keep both subscriptions, and let the stronger prevail.
