I told you not too long ago.
It may or may not fit your investment criteria but I thought I'd
give you an update just in case you or a fellow investor that
you know might be interested...

It has gained CONSIDERABLE interest and will probably be
sold by this week or next. The tenants who were living there
has moved out! I put a lockbox on it. So if you are the least
bit interested, let me know quickly and I will give you the lockbox
number.
