Retailer Inks 172,800-SF Deal at 10490 Busch Drive N
Sears Holdings Corp. and Sears Logistics Services Inc. renewed leases at 10490 Busch Drive N in Jacksonville. The distribution center is more than 172,800 square feet in the Ocean Way Industrial submarket.
Sears Holdings occupies approximately 129,600 square feet of warehouse space in the building and Sears Logistics occupies the remaining 43,200 square feet.
Dan Webb, president of Webb International Inc., represented the landlord, Continental Equities.
