Office Site at 1579 The Greens Way Trades for $291 PSF

Greens Way Realty Holdings purchased the Benchmark Building at 1579 The Greens Way in Jacksonville Beach. A local investor sold the two-story, Class B office building for $4 million, or about $291 per square foot.

The 13,744-square-foot property was 100% occupied at the time of sale. Local professionals and the current property owner leased the entire office building.
