We are in need of a reliable contractor who can finish where the
contractor we just fired left off. Our project is 95% complete and
what we need is pretty much just the finishing touches:

Finish dry wall
Paint
Floor boards and trim
Doors hung
Lighting fixtures installed
Plumbing fixtures installed

We would appreciate any leads you may be able to provide.

We need to get this property finished within the next two weeks...

This property will have to go through probate based upon the information I've read so far it seems she will more than likely only have a life estate, with no right to sell the house whatsoever. She needs to seek council at this time. Authorization can only granted by the borrower and she is NOT on the mortgage.
