Earlier this week I was at the Courthouse delivering a package of eviction documents to the Clerk. I sat down at a desk to sort out some paperwork and introduced myself to the man seated at on my right.

He asked if I was an Attorney. I said: "no" and asked if he was. He said: "No, I am a landlord. I'm waiting to get an eviction filed."
